This project involved updating an existing site which was not particularly engaging and had become somewhat out of control with too much information. Yes, while rare, TMI can be an issue and confusing to your visitors.
Much of our analytics data confirmed what we suspected including:
- Increase engagement
- Increase and track conversions
- Integrate social
- Increase newsletter subscribers
- Support partners
Ultimately we will be moving to a more robust backend builder but we didn’t feel it was necessary to rebuild the site until all the information was prioritized and tracked.
