Here are a few examples of a quick shoot I did at a commercial bakery that supplies many of the other restaurants and coffee houses on Florida’s West Coast. Like most commercial bakeries, they work when we sleep so all the breads and baked goods go out on the trucks at about 6 am. I was so mesmerized as to the care that went into each and every piece.
