text abbreviations

I was having lunch with a friend the other day and he had received a text from a co-worker. He looked puzzled and asked me “what does HMU mean”? I answered, “hit me up”. I knew that because my son Andre, uses it quite often in his texts to me.

This got me thinking to post something here about the top most requested abbreviations. You’ll notice the absence of “LOL” because everybody knows what that means, I hope you do too.
